What to Expect at Lit on Federal
Come in, show your ID, and take your time. Whether you’re a regular, a medical patient, or someone from out of town who just landed in Denver, our budtenders will walk you through the menu and answer whatever you want to ask. Nobody gets rushed at the counter.
Lit grows its own flower, so a lot of what’s in the jars came from us. You’ll also find pre-rolled joints, edibles and plenty more. Menus change often, so check the Federal recreational menu or the Federal medical menu to see what’s in stock today.
Medical and Recreational Under One Roof
Lit on Federal serves both recreational customers 21 and over and registered Colorado medical marijuana patients. Medical patients shop from their own medical menu; bring your medical card along with your ID. This is our only location that serves medical patients. Our Broadway store is recreational only.
Right Next to Empower Field at Mile High
If you’re in town for a game or a show, Lit on Federal is about as close as a dispensary gets to the stadium. Federal Blvd can get busy around events, so ordering ahead online is the easiest way in and out. One reminder for game day: Colorado doesn’t allow cannabis use in public, so that means not in the stadium lots, not on the walk over, and not in your car. Enjoy it later at home or on private property where the owner is okay with it.
Order Ahead and Skip the Wait
Pick your products on the recreational menu or medical menu, place your order, and we’ll have it ready at pickup. You can also get the Lit app for iPhone and Android.

Before You Go
Recreational customers need a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing they’re 21 or older. Medical patients should bring their Colorado medical card and ID. Please don’t drive after you consume. Visiting from out of state? Our Colorado cannabis law page covers the rules, and our beginner’s guide is a good place to start if you’re new.
